Native American Series (Grades 3 through 5)
Before the European settlers came to this country, the native peoples lived and thrived here. In this multi-session series, students will have an opportunity to learn about different native cultures from across the country through a story from their culture. Each session will include a brief history of the Native American tribe, a story from their culture and an environmental education activity connected to the story.
There will be 4 sessions in the winter and 5 offered in the fall. Students do not have to attend all of the sessions in the series.
